When using services offered by "WikiPic Limited" you strictly agree to comply with all the business practices, agreements and boundaries configured by "WikiPic Limited" as displayed on this page. Unacceptance of our agreement will result in no offerings of our services herein. In any instance you wish to void this agreement, simply disregard your account and whenever your account becomes active the contract is re-created between "WikiPic Limited" and "The User". The agreement only becomes void after a account has not be logged in for more than 90 days, or through deletion of the account in question to compliance with our agreement.
1. "WikiPic Limited" is the provider in the agreement, and "The User" is representing anyone (including you) using services offered by "WikiPic Limited" or any related parties. "WikiPic Limited" is the only authorised party to modify, terminate, legalize, or distribute the agreement created between "The User" and "WikiPic Limited".
2. "WikiPic Limited" does not guarantee the respectfulness, faithfulness, quality, or safety of any websites publicated on the WikiPic website. As strongly as WikiPic works with all authorities to eliminate any sites we deem to be insecure for our visitors will be disabled permanently, however some sources may be newly created and may not always assure you safety. Whenever you are leaving WikiPic we always notify you of your departure from our service, to prevent any sort of fraud attempt or improper service hosted by a third party.
3. As "WikiPic Limited" asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by WikiPic.net violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify "WikiPic Limited" in accordance with WikiPic’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”) Policy. "WikiPic Limited" does not have any control over those non-WikiPic websites and webpages, and is not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to a non-WikiPic website or webpage, "WikiPic Limited" does not represent or imply that it endorses such website or webpage. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. "WikiPic Limited" disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of non-WikiPic websites and webpages.
5. "WikiPic Limited" reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for any modifications. Your continued use of or access to any services operated by "WikiPic Limited" following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. "WikiPic Limited" may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
6. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless "WikiPic Limited", its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
7. "WikiPic Limited" does not guarantee the information published on WikiPic, however information that is strongly endorsed is always published to our readers, so we provide the most accurate to the tools we currently offer. Regardless of such, we always advise you to do further research if you feel the information has not met the standards you are requiring for the image.
8. "WikiPic Limited" is not a trading website, neither does it endorse any services or websites it publishes online. WikiPic is a reference website, and through the community feedback is reliant to the content exposure provided. Any articles that appear to be improper will be reviewed and follow the same procedures as #9 in this agreement.
9. "WikiPic Limited" is offered to users of any age, and content that is uploaded on our service that is deemed or related to be adultery, nudity, illegal, or inappropriate will be removed and the uploader will receive a 30 day ban from uploading on our service. Further multiple attempts to publish violating content on our site will result in permanent removal of our service, and a possible filed complaint against your IP address. Regardless of such, we do not guarantee that all violators will be removed in a fast manner and we ask that users report content they believe to be inappropriate, and our 24/7 on-site staff will review the content you have appeared to report.
10. All content published within the "WikiPic Limited" infrastructure remains a property of WikiPic, however all regards and responsibilities go to the publisher/uploader. In addition, we do not endorse or confirm information published on WikiPic as anyone in the world is able to create an account and begin to make modifications to unlocked articles on our service. If a uploader locks an article, it enables it to no longer become editable for 7 days.
11. "WikiPic Limited" enables any service to harvest information published on WikiPic, however improper use and spam attempts will be taken seriously and immediate denial of service to the robot will be issued. WikiPic also may not be used to advertise businesses on non-related articles, and publishing e-mail addresses on WikiPic is done so at the sole risk of the publisher and no way reflected upon WikiPic.
