Amazon Web Services
WikiPic has partnered with Amazon Web Services (a company of Amazon.com) for storage of images uploaded onto the WikiPic service. Amazon has given us the capability to scale large, and without them, WikiPic would not be as powerful as it has become today.
Amazon S3 has always been part of WikiPic, since day one, and our architecture fits right where they work. The perfect collaberation has made WikiPic into something beyond we expected, and best of all, we didn't even need to know about it, we can sit back and only do the work that's needed most rather than worrying about scalability.
